In order to the status of prison police’s job burnout and the relationship of job stress, resilience and job burnout, we edit prison police’s job stress scale under the direction of cooper’s job stress theory, furthermore,228prison police of jiangsu province have been selected to finish the corresponding questionnaires with police’s job stress scale, CD-RISC and MBI-GS. Results were as follows:1. Prison police’s job stress contains five factors:career development stress, role ambiguity stress, work task itself stress, interpersonal relationship stress, organizing mechanisms stress. The edited scale has high alpha reliability.Five factors are not only independent but also correlate moderately, which shows that the construct validity of the scale is reasonable.2. The total score of prison police’s job burnout is above average, among which the score of emotional exhaustion is the highest, followed by dehumanization, and personal achievement sense is the lowest.3. Significant differences of prison police’s job burnout were found on the three variables of sex, marital status, age, working age etc.4. There are significant positive between prison police’s job stress and job burnout, Besides, job stress(some dimensions)of prison police has effect for the generation of job burnout(some dimensions).5. Resilience (some dimensions) plays a notable role of negative weakening buffering effect between job (some dimensions)of and job burnout t(some dimensions).
