With the acceleration of the pace of social life and the increase of work pressure,more and more individuals produce the phenomenon of job burnout,which not only affects the development of enterprises,but also produces a lot of adverse factors for individuals.Among the factors that affect job burnout,the sense of organizational justice,as a measure to determine whether an individual receives fair treatment in an enterprise,directly affects his enthusiasm for work and his choice to stay or leave.Since organizational justice plays an important role in maintaining the stable production and life of professional groups in the workplace,more and more enterprise leaders attach importance to it.The occupational health status of the civilian police group has become an important prerequisite to ensure the quality of the civilian police group.For the civilian police group involved in secret work,the particularity and concealment of its work need to be paid more attention to.Mental toughness,as an important quality to regulate the individual psychological health of the secret-related police,determines the method selection of the individual's attitude,attribution and processing mode to negative events,which further affects the individual's working state and enthusiasm for work,and affects the individual's burnout degree for work.In this study,210 secret-related policemen in changchun were investigated by using the ?organizational justice scale?compiled by liu ya,the ?occupational burnout scale?revised by li chaoping,and the ?psychological resilience scale?compiled by conner Davidson.The results obtained through data analysis are as follows:1.The level of organizational justice of secret-police group is higher,and the average level of job burnout is in the lower middle level,but the individual difference is large,and some secret-police have higher level of job burnout.The reason of individual's higher level of job burnout is related to individual's work task and environment.The psychological resilience of secret-police is general y high.2.The organizational justice of the secret-police is not affected by demographic variables.3.The occupational burnout of secret-police was not affected by demographic variables.4.The psychological resilience of the secret-police is affected by demograp hic variables such as gender and whether they are the only child.5.The organizational justice perception of the secret-police is positively correlated with job burnout.6.The organizational justice of the secret-police has a positive predictive effect on job burnout.7.The psychological resilience of the secret-police can moderating effect of the perceived organizational justice on job burnout: when the secret-police are at a higher level of psychological resilience,the decreased perceived organizational justice will lead to fewer burnout behaviors.When the secret-police are at a lower level of psychological resilience,the decreased sense of organizational justice will lead to more burnout behaviors.It can be seen that the level of job burnout of secret-related police officers can be negatively affected by perceived organizational justice.Meanwhile,psychological resilience can play a positive role in the impact of perceived organizational justice on job burnout.
