| With the rapid development of social economy, social security situation has become more complex, the task more and more challenging to the police. Especially the prison police, their discipline inmates in a closed environment for a long time, high load of work stress and social attention to the prison system, they are under great psychological pressure, and on the different degree of affect their physical and mental health. In recent years, the study about job burnout has become the focus of academic circles, but few studies involving prison police job burnout and life satisfaction from the relationship. Therefore, this study will introduce the concept of psychological detachment to prison police group, to investigate the prison police job burnout and life satisfaction from the relationship.This study selected 253 prison policemen in five prisons in Henan Province as the research object, mainly uses the research methods such as questionnaire survey, of prison police job burnout, life satisfaction and psychological detachment of investigation and study, the prison police job burnout and life satisfaction degree and psychology from the relationship between three main variables is discussed. I hope the research conclusion can provide solutions and reference for related fields. The results of this study are as follows:(1) The prison police job burnout, life satisfaction and psychological detachment from differences in some demographic variables.(2) There was a negative correlation between job burnout and life satisfaction of prison police, there was a negative correlation between job burnout and psychological detachment, and there was a positive correlation between life satisfaction and psychological detachment.(3) Psychological detachment play a moderates role between the prison police job burnout and life satisfaction. |
