In the late Spring and Autumn period, Education had undergone drastic changeswith the gradual disintegration of “pyramid” social form in Western Zhou Dynasty.Education which controlled by the literature and academic knowledge began as apopular. The situation of Knowledge in State had thus been gradually breaking down.In the Han Dynasty, the relatively liberal cultural and educational policies madepromote the recovery of private school education. During the period of Emperor HanWudi, who adopted the recommendations of the Dong Zhongshu’ s confucianism-onlyideology. Combined the education and official position, and made the willingness ofall sectors of society to study more intense. Private education was flourished under theencouragement of the government. At the same time, although there was noMongolia’s education set up in the Han Dynasty, private school undertook the heavyresponsibility of society as a whole mask education. To the Eastern Han Dynasty, thescale of private school gradually huge increased in the number. More and morelearners were accommodated. The wide distribution of universal education also madethe wider geographical. Because of the flexible forms of education, a wealth ofeducational content, anytime and anywhere, private school met the different needs ofvarious sectors in the knowledge.The development of the private school education had a very important influenceon the Han Dynasty society. It not only improved the cultural level of society as awhole, but also promoted social and economic development. Meanwhile, a largenumber of intellectuals were recruited to the government agencies, made the membersof the bureaucracy constantly update and it brought vigor and vitality for the rulinggroup.
