Exploring the matter of social transformation and local autonomy in MingDynasty, this paper aims at investigating to the relationships among Immigrants、Tissue of LiJia and Local Squire Clans in GuiDe district during Ming Dynasty. Thefull text is divided into three chapters, about thirty thousand words. Stating thesignificance of the topic and the main literature in the introduction, it mainly reviewsthe academic tradition, and a description of the thoughts and methods of writing; Thefirst chapter expounds the effect caused by the building of LiJia through investigatingimmigrants and the setting up of GuiDe in early Ming Dynasty,and spreads out for thelater chapters; The second chapter discusses the internal connection between the floodof Yellow River、the annexation of land and the Tissue of LiJia by investigating theestablishment and development of LiJia in GuiDe District;The third chapter inquiresinto the origin、rise of Local Squire Clans and the function in the social transformation;Summing up the basic viewpoint of this full text,the summary probes into the functionand significance of Immigrants、LiJia and Local Squire Clans in GuiDe Districtduring Ming Dynasty.
