Gayatri C. Spivak is one of the most important American postcolonial theoristand critic after Edward Wadie Said.Her postcolonial theory and criticismperspective is unique and full of impact, the academic research with greatvitality.However, the source of Spivak theory is complicated, not limited to a certaintheoretical perspectives and positions, free from a variety of perspectives andpositions in order to maintain the fairness study is characteristic of her, which gavethe accurate grasp of Smith’s theory has brought great difficulties.This paperattempts to explain Spivak’s postcolonial theory from deconstruction andwomen.Based on the thorough deconstruction attitude, Spivak was able to breakthrough the limitation of the postcolonial theory and postcolonial theory putsforward.From the perspective of women by third world experience, Spivak not onlyto fill the male gender perspective of postcolonial theorists of the missing, but alsobeyond the first World Women postcolonial theorists innate self superiority anddeficiency of the limit of experience.From the perspective of deconstruction andwomen is our key colonial theory by Spivak, but also makes the Steinernemapost-colonialist theories and full of value.
