A Study On The Anti-domestic Violence Policy Performance Of Our Country

Domestic violence has been the important issue of social concerns. It is not only a social problem, but also a political and legal issue. At the same time, domestic violence is not merely a crime of violence. It is always intertwined with the traditional culture of society, the family’s ethical values, and people’s ideas and concepts. Which makes it covered intentionally or unintentionally, or even be considered as normal social or family matters.Nowadays, with social changes, people’s living pressure increases fast. It makes domestic violence more and more apparent. As the cell of society, only the family harmony, the state is likely to be stable development. Therefore, domestic violence becomes a cause of social instability factor, because it seriously assaults people’s right and destructs family peace and stability.Building a harmonious society raises new demands to domestic violence. Domestic violence research can not just stay in their own, but resort to the implementation of policies on it. It has strong theoretical and practical significance to strengthen anti-domestic violence policy study, especially on the protection of women’s rights. The use of quantitative analysis of empirical research on China’s implementation of policies against domestic violence has become meaningful.In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into four parts. In the introduction, it describes the origins and significance of this issue, research status, research framework, research methods and exploration of the research. The first part defines the concepts of anti-domestic violence related to the implementation of policies and explains the theories. From the perspective of fairness and justice, the second part studies the current status and characteristics of the policy implementation of anti-domestic violence through questionnaire approaches. The third part of the thesis analyzes the difficulties of anti-domestic violence. On the basis of previous studies, the fourth part proposes some suggestion and thinking.The exploration of this paper is reflected in the topic and the research methods. First of all, the topic of the research has new ideas. From the perspective of fairness and justice, we study the current implementation of anti-domestic violence policy. We find that many researches on the anti-domestic violence are from the view of legal point, but little from the perspective of fairness and justice. Therefore, this new research topic has both theoretical and practical significance. Secondly, the research method is unique. On the basis of normative analysis, it has a large number of questionnaires, data collection, empirical and quantitative analysis. Analyzing the relevant data, this paper reflects the current status and characteristics of the anti-domestic violence policy. Through deep analysis of the reasons of the related issues, it put forward the advice and thinking of policy implementation against domestic violence. This paper has a certain relevance, effectiveness and feasibility.
