The Anti-Domestic Violence Law of People's Republic of China was approved on December 27 th,2015 and came into effect on March 1st,2016,as the first anti-domestic violence law in China.On the current stage,seldom researches has been put on the effectiveness that the law has exerted on the grass-root society.Therefore,more exploration and trails should be made to test whether the anticipated effectiveness of the law can be lived up to.In regards to this subject,this project design is carried out form the respect of social work practice,and,under the comprehensive consideration,selects the pilot----Chenjiang Sub-district,Zhongkai Hi-Tech Development District,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province.Under the framework requirement of the Anti-Domestic Violence Law,with the use of the social support network theory and impetus from the Women and Children Work Committee of Zhongkai Hi-Tech Development District,and centering at “the Women's Federation workers+ social workers” intervene for the individual domestic violence case,the project designer builds an anti-domestic violence prevention-intervene-protection mutually motivating systematic construction project(Chenjiang Sub-district Anti-Domestic Violence Federation).The project includes structure and responsibility analysis of the anti-domestic violence mutually motivating department,anti-domestic violence case intervene procedure and mutual motivating system working mechanism,which aims to provide suggestion to how the law can be implemented into the grass-root society and take effect through the examination of practice.
