Sponsor In China: An Empirical Study Of Credit Supervision Of Administrative Punishment

At present, there are not research works about the administrative penalty of thesupervision about sponsor credit. This article study through three traditionaladministrative Perspectives.Firstly, I study the administrative body andadministrative counterpart of the Issue. Secondly, I study types of punishment of theIssue. Thirdly, I study procedures of punishment of the Issue. Then I analyze theproblems of the administrative penalty of the supervision about sponsor credit.This article consists of the following four parts:Firstly, In the introduction, I indicated the reason of the topics raised in this article,sponsor credit supervision of the administrative penalty connotation, clarify thesignificance of the administrative penalty in the supervision of the sponsor credit, anddescribe the Research of China’s current sponsor credit supervision of administrativepunishment and ideas of this study.Secondly, I discussed the basis of administrative penalty law on sponsor creditsupervision of China.Thirdly, in the part of the administrative body and administrative counterpart ofthe Issue, I analysis the administrative body of the administrative counterpart of thesupervision about sponsor credit, discussed the administrative counterpart of theadministrative penalty of the supervision about sponsor credit and their composition,then I summarized the problems of their composition and gave some advices.Fourthly, in the part of punishment types of the Issue, I analyses the types ofadministrative penalties, discusses the types of administrative penalties about Sponsorcredit regulatory which were provided in the relevant laws and regulations, then Isummarized the problems of the punishment types, which were mainly include twoaspects: on the one hand, the property penalty is lack; the other hand, there isviolation of double jeopardy punishment principle. Based on my analyses I suggestedsome reform proposals.Fifthly, in the part of procedures of punishment of the Issue, I discussed theprocedures of the administrative penalty and its significance, then I summarized theproblems of the procedures of punishment, which were mainly include two aspects:on the one hand, there are conflict and missing of procedures in the legislative; theother hand, there are procedural issues in the law enforcement, and had somesuggestions on these problems.
