Andaiming at those problems, several suggestions are offered to perfect the system.This paper consists of three parts.Part1:chapters1through2give an basic summary of thesponsor system and sponsor representative system，the relationship of them，analyzing the sponsor`saction feature，main duty and legal status.Part2:Chapters3through4present the current situation ofour country`s sponsor representative system and set out some typical cases which are publishedrecent years.Chapters4set out the problems of this system and the reason to the problem accordingto the cases mentioned.It mainly talks about some problem about how to divide the duty in thesponsor representative system.Part3:Chapters5.This part come up with some advice to improve thesponsor representative system，which are according to the problem that have mentioned foregoingchapters.
