Direct marketing in the global most countries and regions are widely recognized andmature business model into our country for nearly twenty years. Direct selling marketliberalization and maturity is the inevitable result of social economic development,and ourcountry of direct legislation shows,we are not entirely open direct market. Then we discusshow to through direct legislation improvement,gradually open up the market,to promote theprosperity and development of direct becomes very necessary. The direct selling industry is akind of legal environment is demanding business model,strict legislation is the necessaryprecondition for the development of direct marketing products, and with such legalenvironment can not match the demand of China is currently the only" direct marketingmanagement Ordinance" and the" Regulations on Prohibition of pyramid selling" twoadministrative regulations and some related regulations.
