Study On The System Of Public Participation In The Administrative Legislation Via The Network

The development of the network provides a new way for public participation in theadministrative legislation, and public participation in the administrative legislation via thenetwork has features. But the network is a double-edged sword; provide a new path forpublic participation in the administrative legislation, and at the same time it also brings aboutmany problems: the public participation via the network is not safe, the public participationvia the network is not in balance, the public shows the irrationality via the participatoryprocess the public participation via the network is lack of the specification of laws andregulations, etc. Therefore, in order to play the effect of public participation in theadministrative legislation via the network, it has to improve the relevant legal systems.This thesis is divided into the following sections:The introduction of this thesis will introduce the origin and motivation of this topic, andintroduce the meaning of this topic and the research status. The first chapter described thebasic theory; the second chapter introduces the current situation and problems of publicparticipation in the administrative legislation via the network; the third chapter focuseson how to improve the effect of public participation in the administrative legislation via thenetwork; conclusion part pointed out that public participation in the administrativelegislation via the network does not weaken public participation in the administrativelegislation.
