Reserch On Perfecting The Moral Restraint Mechanism Of Party Member

At present, our country is in the primary stage of socialism and social transitionperiod. In political field, corruption phenomena frequent occurs. People have aconsensus that the power must be restricted and monitored In theory and practice. Themechanism of the power to restrict power and the mechanism of the right to restrictpower play a great role in restricting power, but their limitations are not to be ignored.Morality as a kind of social consciousness can arouse people’s conscience, cultivatingpeople’s moral sense of responsibility and good judgment. Improving the mechanismof the morality to restrict power can make up for lack of other power restrictionmechanism, effective supervision and restriction of power.This paper uses the methods of literature research, comparison of deductivemethod, empirical method and analysis method. First, from the power of the basicconcept, elaborating on the specific nature of power characteristics, and thus decidingto restrict power of necessity. On this foundation, detailed analysis and comparison ofthree kinds of different pattern of power restriction, and specific analysis of thepresent stage of China’s power restriction condition, getting the importance of themoral constraint power. Then I elaborate the definition and essence of morality,Summarizing practical experience of traditional Chinese culture and abroad about themechanism of the morality to restrict power. At the last, this paper presents the basictrain of thought of perfecting moral restraint mechanism.
