With the Discipline of International Relations theory, systematic level rising, theinter-disciplinary intersection is gradually increasing. In recent years, the increasedapplication of psychological knowledge system in the discipline of internationalrelations is one of the most striking feature. Compared to the Discipline of InternationalRelations in the past from the macro level analysis of the phenomenon of internationalrelations to explore the causes and predict the future development trend of internationalrelations incident, the disciplines of psychology always trying to explain thephenomenon of international relations from a more micro level, which is particularlyconcerned about international actors in the relations among the events-personal.Undoubtedly,the most famous who practice psychology content into the disciplineof international relations is Robert Jervis, Perception and Misperception in theory. AndJervis, introduce cognitive psychology into the theory of international relations. Thetheory has a strong explanatory power to explain the misunderstanding amonginternational relations and other phenomena, especially the knowledge of appliedpsychology, this article attempts to explain the phenomenon of international conflicts.The main structure of this article consists of five parts, namely the introduction, thetheoretical description, the practice of the theory, the combination of theory and practiceand conclusion part.The first part is the introduction. In this section, it will introduce the article topicsreason, research status, key concepts, the overall structure and research methods.The second part is the theoretical explanation part. In this section, it will introducethe binding mode of the Discipline of International Relations and Psychology, the futuredevelopment trend of international relations and psychology.The third part is the theoretical application part. In this section, it will focus on theRobert Jervis’ Perception and Misperception theory.The fourth part is divided into theory and application of binding portions. Theconcept of this part is the psychological construct, psychological construct under theinter-State conflict, how to resolve conflicts between countries under the psych will be concluded.The fifth part is the conclusion. In this section, it will give preliminary theoreticalconclusions eventually drawn in this article, and put forward the views and shorts.
