In fact, the supervision of loan about realestate development in commercial bank mainly depends on the department regulations, not law to befollowed. So, existing many problems that the main object is not clear in the supervision, the risk ofreal estate development loan is insufficient, real estate development loan related file exists conflict.Under examining the foreign banking of risk supervision system and actual practice on realestate development loan, our country needs to be improved and strengthen supervision.The first,theloan examination and approval system should be strictly on the former determine standard forexamination and approval, and tight control of the approval process. The second, made the carefulmanagement system in the loan. The third,to increase the loan efforts after realization of the creditor’srights and reduce the risk of the loan recovery.This thesis aims to established the preventive measures and form an effective, systematic andoperational of countermeasures from the above three aspec ts respectively, in order to ensure that thecommercial bank assets benign operation.
