The Post Behavior Of Village Cadres In The Protection And Development Of Ancient Villages

The village cadres of ancient town are as the bridge and link between thegovernment at a higher level and the residents of ancient town. They play the role ofleader in economic development of the ancient villages, and they are responsible for theprotection and development of the ancient villages. Research on the village cadres’duty behavior is conducive to improve the management of institution-building ofvillage cadres in ancient town, and to strengthen the protection of resources in ancienttowns and villages,then promote the orderly development of the ancient villages.The research subject of this paper is the village cadres of ancient town and village.First the paper sort out the research in the role of village cadres and village cadres jobbehavior from the domestic and foreign scholars, explain the significance of this studyand the ideas of the paper,descript the concept of the ancient town and village cadresand village cadres job behavior, apply the motivation theory, principal-agent theory andgame theory, sum up the duties behavior of village cadres’ in ancient town, includingthe village cadres to complete the duties of the national task behavior, behavior ofvillage cadres management duties behavior of the collective assets of villages and townsand village cadres in organization the ancient villages and towns supply of public goods.The fourth part analysis the main factors influence on the duty behavior of villagecadres, including the personal factors of the village cadres, government and residents ofvillages, other environmental factors.
