However, theendless events of food’s quality crisis happened in recent yearsmake Chinese people panic about food safety. These ropey fooddamage consumers’health seriously and also is a heavy blow toconsumers’confidence.The occur of these malignant food safety accidents attacks theweakness of Chinese government’s law enforcement and the lack ofregulation, besides, it also reflects the lack of serviceconsciousness. In the process of food security guarantee, thegovernment’s position is a key problem. Under the background ofconstructing harmonious society, the aim request theadministrative subject not only to exercise its regulatory authority, a more effective way is to provide service. provide service to bothproduction enterprises and consumers.
