A lot of food insecurity problems lead all the public worried about the food insecurity, and some staffs like during the process of dealing with the food insecurity problems, the local government’s lack of ruling and controlling, governmental information lack of openness and transparent, the local government’s indulging the cooperates’ behavior, all which made the public’s dissatisfaction with and complaint of the government behavior.
