The conflict without direct interest is not directly influence the masses event happens is our country social stability, harm the harmony of the society a prominent problems, has caused the party and related departments, more attention in the harmonious society background correctly handle the direct conflict of interest group incidents, be helpful for maintaining the social equity and justice, to maintain social stability, and strengthen the party’s ruling position and the government’s legitimacy foundation.This paper argues that benefit pattern of imbalance, weak group has the intense sense of relative deprivation and can lead to resentment of the accumulation of mood, is the root cause of the event; Interests expression mechanism is not free of traffic is the direct cause of events; Corruption problem, the official information release lag, NGO don’t work, those are important factors caused mass incident.According to the problems, this paper presents some measures to prevent the direct conflict of interest group incidents of countermeasures:The first is by adjusting the interests and innovation distribution of interests and social security system, so as to build a fair social environment, to alleviate people’s social balance. The second is widening channel for interest expression, improve the system of people’s congresses and political consultation system, the system of suggestion, clear channel for interest expression. The third, strengthen the supervision and control of the power, to improve the relationship between the government and the citizens.The fourth,prefect the government information openness system.The fifth is through the boost the development of NGO, in official and establish a buffer zone directly to effectively lower the direct conflict of interest that the incidence of group.
