Information security has become a key issue in the government, which is the top priority of the e-government construction and also the important content of the national security. Government Information Security in e-government is caused by the computer information system as the carrier and tool of the national government. Government information security is a long-standing problems, from the breadth of view, it is a technical, legal and management-level synthesis. Internationally, many governments, information research institutes and enterprises had studied the issues that how to prevent from information leakage. Information security is not isolated, but a social problems Involved users and network. Therefore, Through depth analysis of e-government information security is to improve the level and path of the Government Information Security Management.The author believes that the key to e-government information security issues is how to combine these two aspects of the technology and management. And stressed the view of People Oriented, thereby enhancing the information security of e-government to improve safety awareness. On the basic of theories of management, crisis management, systems theory, information resource management to analyze management issues of e-government security requirements, threats, characteristics, while drawing on the experience of foreign e-government security management to explore how to solve the problem of security management of e-government principles. At first we will analysis how to improve e-government information security-related legislation, how to make up for the lack of e-government information security management, how to improve the quality of the safety awareness of staff and managerial staff, how to make up for the e-government computer system security defects, then analysis the existing problems and provide suggestions.E-government information security, whether it is in today’s government or in academia is a hot issues.
