The Study On The Process Of Sino-America Security Cooperation

China and the United States both are the major countries in the world; their national security issues have an important impact on the world situation. The research aim of this thesis is to sum up the problems still exist in the process of cooperation by analysis Sino-US cooperation in the security field, and try to propose my own solutions on the problems, hoping to promote Sino-US cooperation in the security field.This thesis is divided in to five parts. The first one is introduction, is to analysis significance and research status. The second part is the need of strengthen security cooperation between the two countries due to various reasons. The third part divided the history of security cooperation between the two countries into three steps, weak basis of bilateral cooperation, lack of mechanisms, US hedge to China, Taiwan policy of US is the major problems. The forth part is to propose some solutions on the problems, including raise images of the two countries in each other’s people, strengthen economic and military exchange mechanism and content of cooperation, strengthen cooperation on common problems of mankind. The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis.
