Evaluation Index System And Evaluation Methods Of Application Of Public Security Information Technology

China’s public security information technology started late, but the fast development of information construction has begun to take shape. However, as one of the e-government12"golden" projects, public security informatization’s develop speed, quality and level of application is lagging behind, not the system of evaluation system of public security information technology applications. To guide the health of the public security information-oriented, accelerate and order its development, public security organs in urgent need of a measure of the overall evaluation of public security information technology system. based on the basic theory of the public security system application of information technology evaluation, evaluation methods and models,this paper construct a set of evaluation index system, to achieve the scientific evaluation of public security information technology level of application of the measure tool to reflect the public security information technology performance.this thesis made some of the work in the following areas:1. To collate and summarize the general theory of the application of information technology evaluation, combined with the characteristics of public security information technology, research evaluation of the basic theoretical issues of public security information technology applications.2. The article has adopted the theory and analyzed the research approach to combine with positive research, and put forward a set of new evaluation index system for public security information technology, which divided into3-level indicators,7secondary indicators and21third indicators. Graded the law using the expert process had determined each target weight, formed the effective public security informatization evaluation index system.3. To calculate with fuzzy synthesis judgment model and Weighted evaluation method, and to evaluate the situation of application of public security information technology in some one of Municipal Public Security Bureau in order to inspect the scientific application of evaluation index system, evaluation methods,and then,make recommendation for improvment for the application of public security information technology.As a result,this essay has made in-depth study of public security information technology analysis,building a system which can be applied to different levels and scope of public security information technology in a height standing of the overall system.Evaluating the level of public security information technology comprehensively and systematicaly.Providing a reference and ideas for the evaluation of comprehensivily.lt has a relatively high level of theory and practical significance.
