Communities question the local government leaders’governing ability,which also sounds the alarm to all levels of leaders of government agencies.Therefore, studying how to solve social venting anger events in the context ofbuilding socialist harmonious society has some theoretical and practical significance.This article makes Guizhou‘Weng’an Incident’this typical case as the entrypoint, play backing the whole process of‘Weng’an Incident, analyzing the cause of‘Weng’an incident’expanding and evolving into social venting anger event, thenputting forward effective mechanism for preventing social venting anger event.This paper the main body is divided into four parts:First of all, on the basis of the literature research, make theory overview onsocial conflict theory and cluster theory related to social venting anger events.Secondly, make an overview of Weng’an County and review the whole‘Weng’an’incident’, then make detailed description.Third, this article captures‘Weng’an incident’as the typical case,comprehensively and systematically analyzing the characteristics and causes, tryingto find the deeper reason behind county local areas social venting anger incidents, tofurther dig out the intrinsic mechanisms and potential problems of social ventinganger incidents, this part also the focus of this writing.
