The Transmission Mode And Fast Response Mechanism Of Public Opinion In Group Accident To Vent Social Anger

Social harmony is the ideality which every country and government takes a lot effort to pursue, it is the guarantee of our nation’s prosperity, nation’s strength, and people’s happiness, and also it is the goal of our party. The construction of harmonious society requires a reasonable and stable social order, including the social order, order of production and life and so on. But with the more and more diversified development of society, it would cause the collision of various kinds of interests. Finally the inevitable friction has some negative aspects, such as the sentiments and mentality which have to find an outlet when accumulate to a certain degree. The most common way of them is presented in the form of public opinion.And on the way of constructing the harmonious society, the greatest obstacle is all sorts of group incidents which occur frequently. According to different classification, group incidents have different types. But now amount all group incidents, type of group incidents to vent social anger has the greatest impact and most damaging, which is short bursts and affect a wide range. So it plays a very large role in the destruction of social order. Any type of group accidents has key factor. In this kind of group incident, public opinion is the key factor throughout whose effect in the type of group incident to vent social anger is particularly prominent. Therefore, this paper believe that public opinion transmission mode play a key role in the development of group accidents, so master the law of propagation bout public opinion and construct a corresponding fast response mechanism to prevent group accidents also has a very important role.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is introduction, briefly describing the background of the research significance, the research situation, clearing the aim of this study, framework and research methods. The second part is about the group accidents of the concept, type in detail. At the same time I give an expatiation about the relationship between climate of opinion and public opinion in concept, and propose "circle" mode of transmission in public opinion which accord with the group accident to vent social anger. The third part review the group accident to vent social anger happened chronologically, and summary its specificity for refining three main law of propagation about public opinion in this kind of group accident. In fourth part, according the defects in approach of group accident to vent social anger, I propose fast response mechanism about public opinion based on "circle" mode of transmission. Finally, my research can give some help to prevent group accident.
