Research On The Persuasion Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Education

The persuasion mechanism of ideological and political education researching is a practical requirement of improving Ideological and political education persuasion mechanism operation. Meanwhile, it is also a rational choice of perfecting mechanism of Ideological and political education theory. In this paper, three parts of this issue will be attempted to explore as follows.Chapter one talks about the persuasion mechanism’s meaning and research value of ideological and political education. This part will be logical starting point and theoretical basis of this dissertation. It draws on the meaning of persuasion under the theory of mechanism of Ideological and Political Education,which is a practice process that means educators according to the teaching aim, by illustrate, persuade, enlighten and other means, make the education object convince content finally. Ideological and political education and persuasion mechanism refers that each element interaction and operation mode in the ideological and political education process. What’s more, we can explore the practical meaning and academic value of the persuasion mechanism of ideological and political education researching.Chapter two talks about persuasion mechanism’s factors and function of Ideological and political education. As the key point and the difficulty, research persuasion mechanism’s elements of the ideological and political education as a system-the purpose, the objective element, the subjective element, the medium, analysis the elements of the meaning, function, task and content, and further discuss the persuasion mechanism of the ideological and political education integrative function, coordinating function, conductive function and the normative function.Chapter three researches persuasion mechanism’s operation of the ideological and political education, respectively on the principle--scientific and effective principle, principle of making overall plans and take all factors into consideration, open stabilized principle, people-oriented principle; the process--to establish goals, to develop activities, to evaluate effectiveness; and the optimizing measures-- mode conversion, environmental construction, strengthen the management.
