| With the deepen of ideological and political education in the disciplines of theoretical research and the development of practical activities of education, ways of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education seem more prominent. The use of persuasion and education method is important to the effectiveness of ideological and political education. In this paper, three parts of persuasion and education method are discussed as the following:The first part of this research is mainly to explain the persuasion and Education method's concept and the theoretical basis of ideological and political education. This part plans to solve the "what persuasion and education method of ideological and political education is" and its theoretical basis. It is the logical starting point and theoretical support for this paper. Based on the defining of the persuasion and Education method, its type, the constituent elements and characteristics are discussed. In addition, the persuasion and Education method's theoretical basis is discussed. The theoretical foundation include: theory of about the dialectical relationship between social existence determines social awareness, theory of Marxism about dialectical relationship between internal factors and external factors, theory of Marxism's indoctrination, theory of how to deal with the contradictions inside people properly.The second part of this research is to convince the function and application process of the persuasion and Education method. This part is the major point. The purpose of discussing the function is to bring the persuasion and Education method's merit to light. Its functions include: the guiding function, correcting function, confirmed function, incentive function. The next part bases on this part logically. Through the analysis the process of using this method, we can propose advisement on improving effectiveness of ideological and political education. The process mainly includes three stages: stage of setting goals and sending information, stage of accepting the integration of information and making it outside, stage of evaluation and feedback results of the evaluation.The third part is mainly to study how to use the method appropriately. Based on explain backgrounds, we reveal the method's principle when use it. Also we can propose advisement on how to use this method. Principles that we should confirm with include: principle of theory and practice, principle of the equality of democracy and the two-way communication, principle of the situation as the guide and combine situation and emotion, the principle of explain in words and the behavior, the principle of persuade and persuaded. How to use this method scientifically, we can do as follows: improve subject's main qualities, enhance the object's governance involved in the processes, to ensure the effectiveness of content, diversify the specific ways, optimize the environment, strengthen research of persuasion and education method. |
