China’s Legislature Since The Reform And Opening Up

Tremendous changes and developments featured the recent thirty years of Chinese legislature system since the developing and opening policy has been implemented. Remarkable achievements of the system could be evidenced, both in theoretically and practically, either from rarely precedent to be relied on to comprehensive law and statute been enacted, from improving legal system to creating judicial ideology, or from fair and justice to human being harmony. Democracy and human right were keystones of aforesaid system which were also protected by a scientific lawmaking theory. For decades of hardworking, this country finally established a unique legal system and created a lawmaking theory based on the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Joyfulness aside, however, deficiencies were still existed in our judicial system and otherwise, there were rooms need to be improved. Persisting XX and applying the scientific development perspective to guide and prefect Chinese legislature system were the best ways to increase, and, ultimately, the creation of legal system of socialism.
