Characteristic Research On Deliberative Democracy Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

The formation and development of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics have its unique basis and conditions and its unique advantages and functions have also been performed. The development of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics reflects the improvement of Chinese democratic politics and its formation and development can be viewed as the crystallization of collective wisdom by people of all nationalities under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. Deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is different from the western countries’deliberative democracy, while its advantages and functions can only be better performed in China and its promotion to the construction of Chinese democratic politics is irreplaceable. With the rapid development of China’s economy, the interest demands of the masses become more diversified, resulting in actively promoting the construction of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics becomes a necessary step for the political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The advantages of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics became increasingly obvious and more and more domestic scholars conducted discussion and research on it, which has provided more theoretical basis for the development of Chinese democratic politics, ensuring its sequential improvement to meet the actual requirements of China’s social development.The characteristic research on deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics studied and expounded from four aspects, including theory, development, system and grassroots and can be divided into five chapters including foreword, which applied literature research method, historical comparative method and the unification of theory and practice. Integrated with researches on deliberative democracy by Chinese and overseas scholars, four unique advantages of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics have been elaborated in this thesis. In Chapter I, deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics chose multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party as main channels for exerting its important functions, enriching China’s democratic form and showing its dominant effects was expounded from theoretical side. The following two chapters studied unique development of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, namely, the construction and improvement of deliberative democracy promoted by the combination of theory with practice. The last chapter showed the rich practical forms of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics made deliberative democracy of grassroots can be implemented and developed in China.To study and elucidate the features of theory, development, system and grassroots of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics deeply has important theoretical and practical significance. Through analytic demonstration, this thesis clearly showed the unique advantages of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the inevitability in theory, history, system and practice for its existence and development and its unique functions and advantages in socialism with Chinese characteristics, which served the public interests all the time and reflected the dialectical unity of subjectivity and objectivity. Centered on achieving the fundamental interests of people in China, deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics played a unique role in promoting the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. It elaborated the peculiarity of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics from four aspects, including theoretical inheritance, development, system construction and practice of grassroots.
