The Research On Strengthening And Innovating Social Management In The New Era

More than30years of reform and opening up, Chinese economic development has made the achievements which attracting worldwide attention, however, long-term thinking of taking economic construction as the guidance,governments at all levels to focus on economic development and GDP growth, the space of social management functions commitment by government has been squeezing by the functions of economic construction, social management functions have long been obscured and lack of clear definition, which makes more default in this area, also resulted in social development is lagging behind. Practice has proved that to strengthen and innovate the social management is to continue to seize our country’s development of important strategic opportunities, and promote sound and rapid development of the party and state the career objective need, is to safeguard the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of people, and building a socialist harmonious society, a necessary requirement to consolidate the party’s ruling status to achieve the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society and the stability of the state of great strategic significance.This thesis focuses on the current status of China’s social management, in-depth analysis of existing problem,and the proposed specific ideas and countermeasures has been given to strengthen and innovate the social management in this paper. The paper is divided into four parts:The first part, in-depth analysis of strategic significance to strengthen and innovate the social management, described the innovation and strengthen social management are important functions of the socialist countries, is an urgent need for our response to the prominent contradictions inherent requirements for consolidating the ruling position of our party is an important part of building a harmonious society.The second part, starting from the four aspects of the social management of the subject, scope, capabilities, system, specific analysis of the main problems in social management, emphasizing the urgency of why we need to strengthening and innovation in social management, as support for the provide countermeasure. The third part, clearly strengthen social management should adhere to basic principles, emphasized the idea of social management in the new historical conditions, must be from one to a pluralistic,from the unit to the community, from the rule of man to the rule of law, from administrative to services, from static to dynamic.The fourth part, fully articulated the strategic significance of social management, clear the basic principles and ideas of social management, improve the management structure, the source of governance, sound management system and other aspects, proposed countermeasures to strengthen and innovate the social management.
