This paper studies the legal regulation of the unfair competition behavior in e-commerce. Choose this subject as the direction of research, mainly for two reasons:First, in recent years, the Internet to flourish, the legal issues associated with this emerging, so it is great significance, and challenging; Secondly, unfair competition e-commerce due to their uniqueness, unlike traditional acts of unfair competition mode, so in order to maintain the fairness of the market economic order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of operators, the Legal Regulation of the Unfair Competition Behavior in E-commerce is imminent.At present, how to regulate the unfair competition in e-commerce, domestic research field still remain in the initial stage. The current legal system is imperfect, the theory is very weak, this situation makes the research on legal regulation of the unfair competition behavior in e-commerce to be great theoretical and practical significance.The paper is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the acts of unfair competition in e-commerce, first, define the concepts and features of e-commerce, followed by analysis of the basic theory of acts of unfair competition in the e-commerce. The second part analyzes the principal legal systems of the acts of unfair competition in the developed countries on e-commerce regulation, and learn from the essential part. The third part mainly analysis of the problems of legal regulation of unfair competition in China’s e-commerce. The forth part is on the basis of the argument in the first three chapters of analysis, from the legislative, judicial, law enforcement, legal concepts of unfair competition in the regulation of electronic commerce in specific proposals and countermeasures.
