As the politics becoming the tool of squeezing free will and the tricks ofmanipulating politic skills recently, the original goal of setting government uphas been forgotten gradually. Analyzing the relationship between free will andpolitical science in this thesis, the writer intends to illuminate that the mainfunction of setting up government is giving honors or warnings to those whoact upright or immoral, as well as protecting the free will of citizen. In addition,the writer considers that the worst government is those which do not supportsocial justice, and do not respect and protect the free will of citizen.This article is divided into three parts. The first chapter discusses theconcept of free will, and the related concepts that are elicited from the free will,such as collectivism, private property, citizens, and so on. The second chapterargues how does the political community established which has the foundationof respecting the citizen’s free will. The argument begins with the relationshipsof families and society, ending with the significant of setting up country andgovernment. The third chapter investigates, on the critical aspect, that howdoes the free will of citizens deprive from the Utopia ideal in the totalitarianpolitics. And then the writer observes the utility of the citizen’s free will in thecurrent situation, especially in the famous movement of Communism, andunder the reign of totalitarian politics.
