Analyze A Number Of Legal Issues On "the Case Of Ding Mou Illegal Management"

With the socialist market economy is booming, new types of economic crimes are endless. This paper takes "the first deal with human skulls in the country’ as an example, analyze the conduct of trading the human skulls with regard to the defendant of Ding Mou, and the related issues caused by this case has been elaborated. Finally, in view of the relevant questions, the solution proposal will be put forward.In particular, the article carries on the construction from the following four parts:The first chapter mainly elaborates this case’s basic case. The second section analysis the conduct of the defendant which trade the human skulls constitute other crimes in the criminal law, and also analysis the flaw question of illegal management legislation in our country.By way of the analysis of the case, the fourth chapter put forward to the proposal of improving the crime of illegal management in China.
