In recent years,China's economy has witnessed a rapid development and its comprehensive national strength has been strengthened.Illegal immigrants have a new development trend and China began to slowly withdraw from the history of illegal immigrants and gradually transfer to transit countries,transfer countries and destination countries.According to the author's accumulated information in many years' practical work,China's human smuggling crime has created many new features and has resulted in many new crimes in crime trends,crime methods and criminals subject,which needs us to make a systematic carding of the situation of nowadays' human smuggling crime in our country.Based on the empirical analysis of criminology,the author found that the emergence of these problems is the combined effect of the economy,legal system,social system and other factors.In view of its governance,it must also be based on the full grasp of the domestic situation,and we should strike out and use the right medicine to deal with it.To solve the current problems that we faced,we should handle it comprehensively from the legal system level,the system design level,international cooperation and other aspects.
