The Case Study Of The "Circular Economy Promotion Law "in Guilin

In the process of urbanization, industrialization, the growth mode of extensive economic makes the contradictions between environmental issues and economic growth become increasingly acute, we should make use of the opportunity of the "Circular Economy Promotion Law" promulgated and implemented to change the current status of economic development, promote coordinated development of environmental protection and economic construction. As the world-famous tourist city of Guilin, the development of circular economy is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of Guilin tourism and socio-economic. Therefore, in this research, the author visited the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Office of Legislative Affairs, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, City of Industry and Information Commission, Yanjing Beer (Guilin Liquan) Co. Ltd and conducted a questionnaire survey. The author also analyzes the status of implementation of the Circular Economy Promotion Law in Guilin, and finds out the main problems in the implementation process. To promote the improvement and perfecting of the Circular Economy Promotion law and the development of circular economy in Guilin, the author seeks a solution to address these issues.
