Since the reform andopening up, the basic idea of Marxism on rural areas, agriculture, and farmers wasused in Vietnam, which had been localized. Under the conditions of the socialistdirectional market economy, the development of “three-dimensional rural” hadbeen in the process of national development and the process of realizing nationalindustrialization and modernization. The CPV devote to realizing thetransformation of agricultural economic structure, establish and improve landmanagement policies and mechanisms, strengthen the construction of agriculturalecological environment, integrate the resource of rural labor force, improve thequality education of peasant, develop the countryside Non-profit organization,all-fixedly improve new rural construction of socialism.
