Re-constructing For China’s Temptation Reconnaissance System

With the rapid development and growth of society and economy, the ways of criminal activities in china are becoming increasingly complex. Conventional investigative techniques can not fully control and combat a new type of criminal activities with the response to an urgent need for new investigative techniques. As a means of investigation, enticement investigation has been used frequently in various countries, which is with no exception to china. Currently, the enticement investigation in our country has no scientific and precise definition, and the legal system. Facing the new and specific criminal activities, it is necessary for china to regulate the enticement investigation, establish a complete system of police entrapment and fully integrate the enticement investigation for the purpose to do the course of justice and fair.This paper has adopted the literature of comparative analysis and the system analysis method, and on the basis of our existing detection system and for the purpose of comparing two legal investigation mode parameters, drawing on extra-territorial enticement investigation system design concepts and legislative idea, in order to adapt the concept of a socialist country ruled by law. The paper is divided into four parts, the first part focuses on elaborating on the basis of the different expressions of the theoretical circles enticement investigation of this concept, and also proposed for the definition of concept of enticement investigation as well as the characteristics of the temptation investigation.
