On The Effectiveness Of The NPC’s Legislative Hearing

The effectiveness of the legislative hearing is the core issue in the hearing system.With the deepening of the rule of law in China, and the enhancing of people’s concept ofprocedures and procedures for rule of law, in order to improve the quality of legislation andexpand democracy, we should improve our hearing system to establish the effectiveness ofthe legislative hearing process and the report of hearing. Learning from theoretical andpractical experience of domestic and foreign legislative hearings, We should ensure theeffectiveness of the legislative hearing process and the report of hearing in the legislationand make the legislative hearing process and the report of hearing as an important basisand reference to promote China’s National People’s Congress legislative system’sinnovation and improvement and give full play of the legislative hearings on the functionof the realization of socialist democracy to safeguard citizens’ right to know, participation,expression and supervision.
