Both in the aspect of thelegal norm and the aspect of actual operation, the public oversight committee still has somedefects, its role should be perfected in many directions, such as expanding the paths ofparticipation, setting the platform of communication, promoting the publicity of theinformation and making up the deficiency of the government regulation. Meanwhile, inorder to make the committee fulfill its functions fully, the internal system of the publicoversight committee should be framed reasonable. The internal administration structure ofthe public oversight committee should be structured from the facets of the type oforganization, the statute, the meeting system, the members and the rights and obligations ofthe members. To establish a mechanism of democratic and scientific decision-making, thecommittee should be observed as a view of administrative organic law.
