Children's Right To Privacy

Children are the hope of the motherland, the nation’s future. It prompted us torealize that because of the importance of children we should give the children a free andpeaceful space, so that they can grow up healthily and happily. Therefore, the state lawfor protection of children’s rights, not only reflects the high degree of attention to childdevelopment, but also reflects the progress and improvement of national law.Privacy is the most important value of human existence-a kind of freedomderived from the active right of personality, but the law in our country there are fewclear and specific provisions. Thus, most privacy cases are not strong guarantee ofjustice. As a child’s right to privacy, the subject of his rights makes children vulnerableto privacy violations from all sides, and even because of the traditional ideas, children’sown and social factors also makes children’s privacy in the majority of cases are ignored.Therefore, this paper focuses on the research of children’s right of privacy protectionsystem. I wish that through reading this article we can get a new era in the context of acomprehensive understanding of children’s privacy with the new perception.
