The International Freight Forwarding Legal System Research

With the rapid development of economic globalization of the world, internationalfreight forwarding industry plays an important role in the international economicactivities, especially the international sea freight forwarding industry. And the existenceof international freight forwarding industry also makes the international trade to becarried out more smoothly. Even though international freight forwarding industry inChina started later than it in developed countries, it develops very relatively, so inpractice, there are a lot of problems. In this paper, the author analyzes the concept ofinternational freight forwarding by elaborating the agent system. And classifies theidentity of the international freight forwarder in China, and also analyzes the cases ofthe agents of international freight forwarding transport, because in practice, the agentsof international freight forwarding transport including direct agents, indirect agent andmixed identity. More than that, the author analyzes the legal issues in internationalfreight forwarders system in China. And propose a number of proposals to improve theinternational freight forwarding system in China.
