Study On The Value Of Legal Procedure-and On China’s Legal Procedure Consummation

Building a socialist country ruled by law is the construction of politicalcivilization in contemporary China ’s goals, as well as the Chinese Communist Party inthe new conditions governing the governing time conversion. A socialist country ruledby law, presented as the theory and practice of scientific socialism major breakthrough,as the legal construction of our country offered new task. However, China’s current inthe rule of law and the construction of a major deviation, is not enough attention tolegal procedure, so that the influence of the country under the rule of law constructionprocess.
