Part Of China's Military School Ideological And Political Education

The military academy is the cradle of the training of highly skilled militarypersonnel, how to accurately grasp the ideological pulse of the cadets under thenew situation， to meet the challenges, and to explore new methods ofstrengthening the military academy ideological and political education is animportant topic that puts in front of the military academy. Strengthening themilitary academy’s ideological and political education is the fundamentalmethod to ensure “guaranteeing the direction and producing the talents”, it isalso very practical significant to ensure “victory in war and no deterioration ofthe army”．The paper took three military academies of the General StaffDepartment as example, based on the questionnaire of300students, andcontacted with the present status of the ideological and political education inChina’s military academy, deeply analyzed the shortcomings of the militaryacademy’s ideological and political education; then the paper tentativelyproposed the ideological and political education’s particularities between themilitary academy and local colleges, the particularities of the times, and the lawsof the military academy’s ideological and political education. Finally, the paperput forward numbers of measures to strengthen ideological and politicaleducation in the new situation from six points of view: Stressing thecharacteristics of military academy, grasping the troop’s construction, buildingthe rational content system, exploring new methods of education, studentoriented, and promoting reform and innovation.
