With the development of network information technology,human society has entered the 5G Era(the era of Internet of things),which all things interconnected intelligently.Micro-communication,represented by Weibo,Wechat,micro-video and mobile apps,continuously updates the communication mode of information network.The integration and mutual promotion of a large number of micro-media will have a profound impact on the communication and sharing of human information resources and social culture.At the same time,it will also subtly change people’s way of thinking,ideas and cognitive habits.It is of great significance to study the characteristics and mechanism of micro-communication to actively promote the innovation of military ideological and political education and military and political work.In addition,it is also of great significance to strengthen the practical spirit and will of a strong army.Basing on the current development status of micro-communication in network information and the actual situation of ideological and political education in grass-roots units,this thesis takes micro-communication technology and military ideological and political education as the research object,takes the innovative development of military ideological and political education quality and efficiency in micro-communication as the research goal,and deeply analyzes the related concepts,characteristics and significance of micro-communication and military ideological and political education.Furthermore,this thesis mainly focuses on the principles to be followed in the innovative development of military ideological and political education with the help of micro-communication technology,as well as the principles of micro-communication’s effect on the object of ideological and political education: "cognitive change,emotional stimulation,will promotion,trust accumulation,and behavior change".Then,through the study of the network behavior of frontline troops visit investigation and the education situation,and with the help of data analysis software,we can make clear the use of micro-media in the army,the online thinking and behavior of officers and soldiers and the development of education,and analyze the contradictions,and evaluate the feasibility of using micro-communication to optimize the quality and effective.At last but not least important,basing on the method and experience of enhancing ideological propaganda work by micro-communication in university,Party and government offices,and public institution,we from four aspects(form means to enhance ideological understanding,innovation,optimize the talent matrix,perfect the institutional system),put forward using micro-communication strengthen the innovation education,to improve the quality of the army ideological and political education and political work efficiency,to provide a reference.
