The Study On The Scientific Concept Of Development Thought Of The People’s Livelihood

In simple terms, the people’s livelihood issues, is closely related with people’s lives. It is mainly manifested in the basic necessities, endowment, medical treatment and civil education etc. Livelihood issues are the masses of the people most concerned about, most direct and most realistic interests. Since the establishment of the communist party of China, has been committed to resolving livelihood problems. Solution to the problem of the people’s livelihood is the important index of implementing the policies and practicing of the Aim Consciousness of the Party. But it is also the main content to implement the scientific concept and build a harmonious society.Since the16th CPC National Congress, under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, a distinct characteristic of the governing philosophy of our party and the country is to do our best to solve the problems of people’s livelihood. General Secretary Hu Jintao has repeatedly stressed that "exercising power for the people, showing concern for them and working for their interests." Perort on the work of the government, Premier of the State Council Wen Jiabao explicitly pointed out that "Putting people first is about realizing, upholding and promoting their fundamental interests. We will make ensuring and improving their wellbeing an important task in the work of the government." In the party and the country’s overall situation, the Party Central Committee, the State Council has always put it in an important position that solving people to care most, the most direct and most realistic interests. This has won the praise of the masses, caused a strong reaction at home and abroad.The livelihood of the people thinking of the scientific concept of development is a rich scientific theory system. In this paper, the livelihood of the people thinking of the scientific concept of development is the research object. This paper contains four parts. The first and second part is the ideological origins and social practice about the research object. The paper first discusses the origins of the people’s wellbeing of Marxist theory. This has important theoretical and practical significance to advance socialist economic development, political, cultural and social progress.
