In recent years, with the development of our national economy, the livingstandard of people are improved, too. With the theme of eating satisfied and wear inwarm for life, they also increased for the theme on mind concern. To understandingthese informations, people based on their own value judgment own psychologicaltendency, this trend we called public opinion. On public opinion in the influence ofthe judicial process, many scholars in China have made a lot of careful research.About that, the author will be on the basis of previous studies, in the view of publicopinion to the influence of the criminal judgments, through the analysis of thespecific case, and concludes the relationship between public opinion and the criminaljudgments, for attract the attention the judge to consider the public opinion factorson the criminal trials. This article have three parts, respectively is public opinion andcriminal summary judgment, public opinion and the relationship between thecriminal judgments, public opinion in criminal judgments of participation in andpublic opinion response. In the first part is the public opinion and criminal summaryjudgment, the concept of public opinion will be analyzed, the formation of the publicopinion, the way of public opinion formed and the concept of criminal judgments,crime, legal principle, convicted and given. The second part, the "public opinion andcriminal verdict relationship", the author will focus on the independence of thejudicature system, and the characteristics of judicial independence, connotation. Thethird part, focus on the criminal trial of public opinion in participation way and themethod of public opinion to response. In this part, the author will put forward hisown opinions, public opinion in a criminal trial in the program has its own value,and we should set up a corresponding response mechanism, be good to publicopinion, in response to public opinion.
