China’s Food Safety Laws To Protect Research

Nowadays, with the improvement of living standard, people begin to be panic on food safety in stead of food shortage. The frequent occurrence of incidents increasingly becomes the focus of attention, such as ’The Sanlu Scandal’,’Swill-cooked Dirty Oil’,’Clenbuterol’ and so on. These incidents show us that the laws and security system of China’s food safety are not perfect.This article is divided into four parts. First, it tells some definitions about food safety and differentiates them. Then, it is mainly about the present situation of the legal system for the supervision and the existing problems of china’s food safety. Next, it introduces food safety law security system of the European Union, the United States and Japan, Sum up their characteristics, and draw lessons from the advanced experience. At last, it combines foreign advanced experience with ours to improve the food safety law security system of country.
