| As an important part of administrative compensation, the ecology immigration administration compensation has the great significance regarding the improvement of the ecological environment and the legal rights and interests of herdsman. However, Administrative Compensation is relatively backward in our legal Occident compensation, also lacks the attention on the ecology immigration compensation fundamental research and the system construction, practice is largely inadequate legal norm. The existing principles are now scattered, standardized, and devoid of clarity, maneuverability and integrity, which is not able to effectively to meets a socialist country under the rule of law.Since2008, in order to restore the natural ecology, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Uxin banner combines with the local animal husbandry and economic to implement a Uxin banner ecology immigration administration compensation plan. This plan provides detail objectives, purpose, principles, standards and related policies. According to Uxin banner ecology immigration administration compensation implementation condition, and the existence problems, this article proposes from three major parts. Firstly, the author first aims at background of the Uxin banner ecology immigrants policy, and then analyzes based on specific implementation measures and effectiveness of the local ecology immigrants policy. In second part, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the ecology immigration compensation. Through the social investigation analysis method and combine theory with pratice, we found there are many problems. For instance, narrow compensation range, low the compensation standard, limited compensation procedure, mechanism, and so on. Thirdly, the author proposed questions of second part and develop ways to improve the immigration administration compensation. Immigration administration compensation implementation plan exists many problems, as a result, all these will undoubtedly affect its effective implementation. Therefore, carefully reviewing experiences is the key to provide solutions to solve problems during practice.
