Vitoria era of British women began a parliamentary vote in nineteenth Century struggle, British women’s suffrage movement to the first climax. The politics of women from the initial requirements for widows and unmarried women the right to vote to universal suffrage suffrage according to direction, from the original development of liberalism to essence thoughts. Through unremitting efforts and struggle of women, women in the UK in1918finally win the vote. This paper is divided into three parts of the British women’s suffrage movement are discussed.The first chapter, mainly introduces the British women’s suffrage movement background,from British women’s social status and the British women’s self awareness aspects, to analyze the British women’s suffrage movement requirements and the power of thought.The second chapter,mainly introduced the British women’s suffrage movement in four phases, the first stage is from1866to1884;1885to1902second stage; third stage is from1903to1910; fourth stage is1911to1918.The third chapter,mainly introduced the British women’s suffrage movement effects, on the domestic and world each country produced very big effect.
