Research On Jiang Zemin’s Thought Of Rule Of Law

The fundamental strategy and target of "rule of law and construct a socialism country under-the-ruling-of-law" collectively put forward by the third generation of leading group of CPC centering on Jiang Zemin is summarized during the practice of constructing a socialist legal system. It demonstrates the value at present from the perspective of the characteristics of Jiang Zemin’s thoughts. Jiang Zemin’s thoughts of rule of law brings forward new strategy for rule of law for the country, establishes the new idea of ruling a country according to both law and virtue and strengthens the new socialist legal system.
