The subject of the legal history of china just have a shot time to be researched inChina. But there have been much of the achievements to be obtained. In recentlyyears, a lot of historical documents to be excavated. The researches of the legalhistory of China meets a good chance to develop. In my academic thesis my mainmaterial are also these documents from to be excavated, the names are “the bambooslips of Qin dynasty in shuihudi” and “the law of the second year of lvhou”. After thetwo documents to be excavated, so many scholars have researched them, my thesismainly compare the thief law in the two excavated documents to tell the readers thatthe legal principle of the law in the early days of Han dynasty is “rufabingju”.My academic thesis focus on the point of the thief law. So that firstly I write thepoint that in the early days of Han dynasty, the lawmaker inherit and develop the“fajia” principle of the law of the Qin dynasty from the thief law of “the law of thesecond year of lvhou.”. secondly I focus on the point of in the early days of Handynasty, the lawmaker inherit and develop the “rujia” principle of the law of the Qindynasty from the thief of “the law of the second year of lvhou.”. In the last part of mythesis though researching the background and influence of the early days of the Handynasty to tell the readers that the emerge of the principle of “rufabingju” isreasonable. In the last part of the thesis I give the readers a “research of the law of the thief”.I think that will help your to understand my academic thesis.
